Supporting and advancing women in leadership is both a professional passion and an area of scholarly focus. My dissertation research examined women in educational leadership, exploring the experiences, challenges, and opportunities that shape women's pathways to leadership and their impact within educational organizations. This work deepened my understanding of the systemic barriers women often encounter, as well as the strategies that foster success, resilience, and professional fulfillment.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing women leaders at every stage of their professional journey. Principal Mentoring

I am a certified leadership mentor through the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP) National Mentor Training and Certification Program. Through this nationally recognized program, I developed expertise in leadership coaching, mentoring, reflective practice, and professional growth. My training focused on supporting leaders through active listening, strategic questioning, relationship-building, and systems thinking.

I partner with school and organizational leaders to strengthen leadership capacity, navigate complex challenges, build positive cultures, and drive continuous improvement. Drawing on research-based mentoring practices and leadership standards, I help individuals and teams develop the skills, confidence, and strategic vision needed to achieve lasting success.
